In addition, if you earn your degree in Canada, you will be qualified to apply for a post-study work permit for up to three years if you meet the following criteria:

  • Your course must last at least eight months and you must be a full-time student in Canada.
  • After finishing your course, you have 180 days to apply for a work permit. Also, you need to provide documented evidence from your institution or university, such as a transcript or an official letter.
